The service

4 Horseman Security provides a guard-management app (Android, iPhone and web) and a company account that stores your officers, sites, post orders, guard-tour scans, reports and messages.

Your subscription

Your plan costs the monthly price shown when you choose it (currently Starter $99, Pro $199 or Business $349 USD per month; Enterprise prices are agreed with you), charged automatically every month in advance through Stripe until you cancel. You can change plans at any time; the difference is prorated on your next invoice. Each plan limits how many sites and officers you can have. Prices may change with notice before your next billing date.

Free trial

New companies get a 14-day free trial of the plan they choose. A card is required when you sign up. Nothing is charged during the trial; the first monthly payment is taken automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. One free trial per company or email address.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

When a subscription ends

If you cancel, your company account and all of its data are permanently deleted when the paid period ends. If a monthly payment fails, you have 15 days from the scheduled payment date to pay; if it is still unpaid after 15 days, your company account and all of its data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Export anything you need to keep before then.

Your responsibilities

The company administrator is responsible for the accounts they create, keeping PINs private, the accuracy of post orders, and using location features lawfully and with officers' knowledge. The app supports security work but does not replace emergency services: in an emergency, call 911.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
