What we store

For each company: the company name, the administrator's name and email, officer names, badge numbers, phone numbers (if entered), sites, post orders, shifts, guard-tour scans, reports (including photos) and messages. PINs are stored only as one-way hashes.

Location

Officers' locations are recorded only while they are checked in on a shift: at check-in, during the shift and at check-out. Location monitoring stops at check-out and off-duty officers are never located.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment information you give them.

Who can see your data

Each company's data is visible only to that company's accounts, according to their role: officers see their own shifts and reports, and administrators and supervisors see their company's activity. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your subscription is active. When the subscription ends, or a payment is more than 15 days overdue, the company account and all of its data are permanently deleted.

Your choices

The administrator can edit or remove officers and sites at any time, and can end the subscription to delete the company's data.
